RESERVATION POLICY

On the day of your arrival at the complex you can check in after 14:00 and on the day of your departure you have to check out of the room before 12:00.

If the client informs the business of a booking cancellation 21 days before scheduled arrival, the advance payment is refunded.

If the client cancels the booking less than 21 days before scheduled arrival, the advance payment is not refunded.

In case of a cancellation during the stay period, the client is obliged to pay to the business 50% of the outstanding balance for the days of the agreed period as compensation.
